How we process your RTI application:

•     Applications are received and reviewed by the designated RTI officer
•     The RTI officer will contact you to clarify or seek additional information, if needed
•     The application will be processed within the statutory timeframe (usually 14 days)
•     You will be notified of the outcome, including any fees payable for accessing the information
