How we respond to applicants:

•     We will provide the requested information, or explain why it cannot be provided
•     If the information is exempted, we will provide reasons for the exemption
•     If the information is not held by GCTU, we will direct you to the relevant authority, if possible
•     You have the right to appeal our decision first to the head of the Institution and then to the RTI Commission, if you are still dissatisfied.
